What you can do with the ABN AMRO Creditcard app

Extra Cardholders can download the ABN AMRO Creditcard app to see their own transactions and approve online payments.
How to approve tasks
You can approve tasks like online payments with the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the app
- Click on 'Tasks' in your overview
- Confirm the payment with your access code or biometrics, such as your fingerprint or facial recognition
Task approval isn't working in the app
Do you receive an error message when you're trying to approve a task? This usually means that you have not entered your 5-digit access code correctly. It is also possible that your fingerprint or facial recognition is not working, because it does not match your original input.
Solution: make sure you use the correct access code. Have you enabled biometrics? Turn this off and try it with the access code instead or activate the app again.
