Are you an Extra Cardholder? You can download the app to see your transactions and approve online payments.
How to approve tasks
- Open the app
- Click on 'Tasks'
- Confirm the payment with your access code, your fingerprint or facial recognition
Task approval isn't working in the app
Do you receive an error message when you're trying to approve a task? This usually means that you have not entered your 5-digit access code correctly. It is also possible that your fingerprint or facial recognition is not working, because it does not match your original input.
Solution: make sure you use the correct access code. Have you enabled fingerprint or facial recognition? Turn it off and try it with the access code instead or activate the app again.
